No. Credits are valid for the calendar month of purchase and expire at month end. This keeps pricing simple and predictable.
Is billing automatic / recurring?
No. FirstMark Data is non-recurring. You purchase a plan manually each month. There are no surprise charges or automatic renewals.
What does "full catalogue access" mean for Agency?
Agency gives you enough credits to reveal every contact available in the platform each month. The exact number varies daily based on how many new businesses launched - typically between 100,000 and 165,000 contacts per 30-day window. Agency users can access all of them.
What is founder pricing?
The first 150 paid users get 40% off all paid plans permanently - for as long as they stay subscribed. Founder pricing is locked and cannot be revoked as long as the subscription remains active.
What is your refund policy?

What data do I get on the free plan?
Free users see businesses that launched 15 to 30 days ago. Paid users get the full 0 to 30 day window including businesses that launched in the last 24 hours.
