Refund Policy

FirstMark Data offers a generous Free plan with 300 credits per month - no credit card required. We encourage all users to thoroughly evaluate the Service on the Free plan before making any purchase. Because of this, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

1. Overview

This Refund Policy governs all payments made to GROWQUIKR ONLINE SERVICES LLP for FirstMark Data plans and credit purchases. By purchasing any plan or credit pack, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms set forth in this policy.

FirstMark Data operates on a non-recurring, purchase-based model. Users purchase credit plans manually each month - there are no automatic recurring charges. Each purchase is a one-time transaction for the credits and data access associated with that plan.

4. Exceptions

While our general policy is no refunds, GROWQUIKR ONLINE SERVICES LLP may, at its sole discretion, consider the following exceptional circumstances:

4.1 Duplicate or Erroneous Charges

If you have been charged more than once for the same purchase, or charged an incorrect amount due to a technical error on our part, please contact us within fourteen (14) days of the charge at legal@firstmarkdata.com. We will investigate and, if confirmed, issue a full refund for the duplicate or erroneous charge.

4.2 Extended Service Outages

If the Service experiences a significant outage exceeding seventy-two (72) consecutive hours that is directly attributable to FirstMark Data (not third-party failures or scheduled maintenance), you may request a prorated account credit for the affected period. Credit adjustments, not cash refunds, will be issued in such cases.

4.3 Unauthorized Charges

If you believe your account has been compromised and unauthorized purchases have been made, please contact us immediately at legal@firstmarkdata.com. We will investigate and, if confirmed, issue a full refund for unauthorized transactions. You will also be required to secure your account.

5. How Credits Work

Credits are valid for the calendar month in which they are purchased. Unused credits do not roll over to the next month and will expire at the end of the billing period. It is your responsibility to manage your credit usage within the purchase period.

5.3 Data Window

Paid plans provide access to business contacts registered within the last 30 days. All data is automatically purged after 30 days. The Free plan provides access to contacts registered 15-30 days ago only.

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you have a billing concern, we strongly encourage you to contact our support team at legal@firstmarkdata.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving legitimate billing issues promptly.

Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with FirstMark Data may result in suspension of your account pending investigation. FirstMark Data reserves the right to dispute unwarranted chargebacks and provide relevant transaction records to the payment processor.
